All I can find is 
ftp.ph.kcl.ac.uk/pub/acorn/RiscBSD/1.3-alpha/misc/loader.arc
and this archive doesn't seem to contain the PART_INFO utility.

Is this where it should be or am I looking in all the wrong places?
