I'm afraid this comes down to the usual 'other CDs' question... We don't
really know what's on the DataFile CD, who put it there, etc. It is also
_hideously_ out of date, I would guess---unless they have suddenly done
an update recently! So it's impossible to answer this question, I'm
afraid!

We believe that release to be over a year old, and nothing has not
changed since then :) ATAPI CD ROMs work fine on more recent
distributions.
