As far as speed of the kernel goes, on StrongARM it's about at its most
efficient as regards process startup/ctx switch/cache clean/FP. Forking
will improve radically at the beginning next year, when some seriously
major new changes to the MI code happen that will make life much easier
on virtually cached/virtually tagged systems.
