No this will not lift us from the NDA unless Cumana agree that with the
information public we can use the public info rather that the NDA info.
However since Cumana consider that the information for their card is
private they may not be happy with the information on the card being
public from anywhere and just because ArmLinux have obtained the
information from a source other than Cumana that will not release us even
if we use the alternative source unless Cumana clear that source first.
