Wes makes a good point. I don't know anything about turning
the material provided by DEC into a finished product but I would
think if we had a group commit to buying them we could have
some boards made. It may even be possible, and would make 
a lot  more sense, to contact DEC as a group to buy a batch.

Thanks for the comments, Dave.  I'd like to note that Digital
gives away Gerber plots for the reference design, as well
as design notes and such.  You could easily make your own
boards.

Now, Dave, do you know of anyone I can *buy* a couple of the
reference cases from?  One of the booth reps at Interop mentioned
NCD and Wyse, but had no idea of who I might want to talk to.
