Hi,
  Ok just to let folks know I have fixed the anon login problem on 
ftp.ph.kcl.ac.uk. The problems was that a load of dropped ftp connections
were still hanging around thus causing the anon ftp limit to be reached.
Folks should have seem a message about too many anon users put the system
was not printing that.

This are now back to normaly.
