I've filed your mail for later reference, but if I understood this 
correctly, sup requires an internet connection - for me, this means 
either configuring NetBSD for dialup access or doing it at my uni
(I doubt I've got enough space to hold the sourcetree, though).

I'll have to sort that out first, I think.
