  Ok etherH drivers ... the bane of my life ;-)))

We now have technical information from Icubed on several of their
cards. This means I now know how to properly address these cards.
I have a new prototype EtherH driver that needs just a bit more work
before I will have it ready for testing. This driver will support both
10base2 and 10baseT connectors.

Note: The new etherH driver will use the correct MAC address for the
Icubed card.

As soon as I have a new beta driver then I will make an announcement.
