Hi,
  Ok A couple more new kernels. These are the same build as the one I put
online yesterday but these are built with monitor type 0 MDF files as
requested by users.

Basically the only modes that can be used are 640x256 and 768x288

Note: Not having a type0 monitor to handle I cannot test these properly.
