If I were you, I would probably have opted for the following:
- MCS Connect-32 SCSI card
- Quantum Atlas II or IBM UltraStar SCSI-2 discs

I think that it might be wiser to buy two 4.3 GB discs than one 9 GB.
This will normally increase the performance as you can stripe the
discs (assuming this can be done in RiscBSD).

The Connect-32 is probably the fastest SCSI card for the Risc PC,
and is probably the one with best support in RiscBSD at present.
