This isn't on topic, but since you ask...

It's a neat idea where the mailing list software sets the envelope from on
each message to an address derived from the list address and the
subscriber's address.  This is the address that a bounce will (or should)
get sent to, so the list software (or the list admin at least) can trivially
tell which address is bouncing.
