Because manufacturers are not going to spend time writing drivers and then give
away the source. Also most manufacturer see RiscBSD as a very small set of
Acorn users are do not consider it worth while developing driver.
Thus all drivers are written by the kernel team possibly with a bit of info on
the card from the manufacturer.

The c32 card is supported as a polling driver. (This is the easiest type of
driver to get going.
MCS have lent me a card and have provided info on the card and I am currently
coding the DMA and interrupt code for this card.

We have SA kernels online.
