I am unable to connect to the RiscBSD ftp server (ftp.ph.kcl.ac.uk,).

A traceroute stops at smds-gw.kcl.ja.net (193.63.203.40) and
tells me that it is trying to trace the route to:
physig.ph.kcl.ac.uk (137.73.4.67)

The error message from the ftp program sometimes gives me "No
route to host" and sometimes "Connection timed out".

Could someone check this out as I would like to fetch the
X sets for the release (as we were told they should be there
by now).
