Ok this is a problem with the SA-110 icache and the bootloader.

Either

a) run the bootloader with the cache off (cache will be re-enabled by RiscBSD)
b) try the bootloader in 1.2-release/bootloader.arc which i contains a SA aware
version of the bootloader and unixfs.
