err.. that's JANET's LINX connection - a massively overloaded 10baseT
link ;-(

I could mirror it for you - if the maintainers wished - here at U-NET. 
I've wanted to download 1.2 for personal use for a while anyway...

Later today there will be a dierct 2MB link between U-NET and JANET
(ie. not through LINX) so everyone should be able to get to it
snappily... (rest of co.uk is accesible by a 512K line to LINX...)
