Current state of the EtherM is that the kernel team does not have access to one
of these cards so no driver is under way. Hopefully eventually we will be able
to arrange to borrow one from ANT.

Between the EtherH and EtherB, at the moment I would say the EtherB. The
currently EtherH driver is seriously bugged and we as waiting for Nut to
complete the replacement driver so I can merge it into the kernel. The EtherB
driver works fine.
