There isn't a TeXinfo viewer on any platform as far as I know. TeXinfo
is designed as a source format that can be converted to TeX for printed
manuals, info or HTML for online browsing, etc.

IIRC there is a TeXinfo to StrongHelp converter around, and it can always
be converted to HTML which can be viewed on RISC OS.
