Currently VRAM is a requirement. Although the system can handle DRAM (e.g. the
RC7500 board) The primary bootstrap code used on an RPC kernel does not handle
this yet. This is fixing very shortly as I expect to have access to an A7000
real soon.

The primary bootstrap needs to be aware of no VRAM and reserve a block of DRAM
for video memory and then set up the vidc appropriately.
The vidc setup stuff is in place just the primary bootstrap code needs fixing.
