I would say the same of any version of unix. Unix is not plug and 
play. Never has been on any platform. I installed RiscBSD partly so 
that I could learn more about Unix system admin. 

The other reason is that I am developing for unix boxes at work and 
wanted a more similar machine. Things like the 75 files per 
directory limit in Risc OS drive me up the wall.

Having said that the FAQ's and manuals could be more extensive. I 
had a look at the NetBSD web site and it was not too helpful. Please 
can we pull together and produce some good documentation to help 
those with less experience than ourselves.
