This kernel doesn't jump into the kernel debugger any more. However It now
stops/hangs after it has printed:

init: copying out path `/sbin/init' 11

If I enter the kernel debugger the output of ps shows that a the init process
has spawned a sh process. It seems to get stuck in the sh. If I continue and
do the same procedure again I see that I sometimes manage to interrupt the
pagedemaon process. So some activity is still going on. I can also ping the
machine and get a fairly fast respons (between 5 and 10 milliseconds).

Could you tell me what script the sh command tries to execute first? I have
added an 'echo hello' to the /etc/rc file but this wasn't printed.

Thanks,

Leo
