Sorry. I've been busy with tedious things and with Real Life

I've got a data sheet for the chip on the Ether3 now, but I still haven't
got an Ether3.

It hasn't. I've done the following:

Imported NetBSD/arm26 into the main NetBSD source tree.

Changed the compiler settings so as to bring them closer to the usual ARM
ELF ABI.

Imported an entirely new version of SoftFloat, since the old version was
incompatible with the new ABI. Also set up the build procedure for
SoftFloat so it can be used by multiple ports.

Sorted out the necessary changes to the standard NetBSD compiler to allow
it to target arm26 (not commited yet, but it compiles).

I think the next thing I need to do is to get a cross-compiler and
binutils in pkgsrc, and then (finally) I can get back to kernel hacking
while I wait for binutils-2.10 to be released and imported.
Unfortunately, there's a lot more to maintaining a NetBSD port than just
the fun kernel bits.
