I pulled down the latest UEFI files RPi4_UEFI_Firmware_v1.33.zip] and
had attempted a symlink (more variations than this until I put it
aside):

The only difference between the "Rsapberry" and the ".txt" file is
CRLF line endings. I tried to link each, no joy so far.
