Hm, sorry, I don't know.  I have seen this on a Raspberry Pi in the
past, and I think it has not "always" been like this, but I don't know
when I saw this the first time.  I did not know that only some ARM
platforms are affected by this, I thought it was all ARM INSTALL
kernels.

Do you have an overview over boards/kernels where you see this and
ones where you don't?
