On NetBSD-current, the SPI flash should appear as /dev/spiflash0,
a regular block device which can be written to with dd(1).
Beware that the RK3399 processor has no bootstrap pins and the mask ROM
is hardcoded to prefer booting from SPI flash with eMMC/SD as a
fallback. So if a defective firmware (but with a valid signature) is
flashed one must short the spi clock to ground or otherwise temporarily
cripple the SPI bus in order to recover from SD card.
