NetBSD 9.2 installation on Psion 5MX

Hello,

I found NetBSD for the Psion on:

Now I tried to install it on a CF card and have some trouble. Is there
any documentation how to do this?

I copied the "netbsd" binary on a 64 MB fat16 partition. The rest of my
CF card I formatted as xfs and  unpacked the "base" archive there.

Now I tried to start "netbsd" on EPOC. But it says it is not a program!?

How can I install NetBSD on my Psion 5MX?
