Xfce 4.14 freeze after restart from the first login on Nano Pi M1 Allwinner H3

Hi to All. Sorry for my bad English...

Mini-computer Nano Pi M1 Allwinner H3 1GB RAM, tested with micro-SD Samsung 32 GB Evo and
Sandisk Ultra 32 GB.

Xfce 4.14 freeze after restart from the first login.

If to build Xfce 4.14 from pkgsrc (xfce4 & xfce4-extras) and run it by command: startxfce4 then
at first login all OK, Xfce 4.14 works fine and fast but if logout and restart Xfce4 then Xfce4 freeze.
Time after mouse clicks more than some seconds.

In system console NetBSD works fine after OS loaded.

If its need I can to download the fresh image from Jared site, to build Xfce 4.14 again and
to rec video with first good start of Xfce 4.14, logout from it and restart, after that Xfce freeze.

Any another solutions?
