That's basically all you need to do EXCEPT...

...you need to make sure to update the DTB files in /boot along with (maybe) the EFI boot loader (which is used to load the ELF-format NetBSD kernel at /netbsd).

I don't have my pinebook handy at the moment, but I'll post a follow-up with more details later (unless someone beats me to it).
