evbarm64 - GCC unrecognized command line option

Just updated to NetBSD-current and I'm running into issues with GCC options,
i.e. when passing things like "-mfloat-abi=hard" it gives me errors.

I'm sure this used to work before. Any ideas?

rp3$ cat test.c
int main(void){}

rp3$ gcc -O2 -mcpu=cortex-a53 -mfloat-abi=hard -mfpu=neon-fp-armv8 -mneon-for-64bits test.c
gcc: error: unrecognized command line option '-mfloat-abi=hard'
gcc: error: unrecognized command line option '-mfpu=neon-fp-armv8'
gcc: error: unrecognized command line option '-mneon-for-64bits'

rp3$ gcc -v
