ODROID-C2 support in -current

Hi folks --

I meant to send this a while back and forgot.. the GENERIC64 kernel now 
supports the Amlogic S905 SoC used in the ODROID-C2 board. Ethernet, USB, 
and SD/eMMC are all working for me.

Images on www.invisible.ca/arm can be written directly to SD or eMMC to 
boot one.
