COMPAT_NETBSD32 in GENERIC.common
This file gets included for both 32bit and 64bit.
COMPAT_NETBSD32 however means something else for 32bit (oarm), we
probably don't want it (it does work, btw).
also: why is RPI64 still a separate kernel, I thought we hate separate
kernels
also: GENERIC64 that includes GENERIC.common has options
DIAGNOSTIC, as does GENERIC.common itself, so it gives off a warning.
