These all seem to be pkgsrc related commits to avoid name conflicts
in packages with functions in libc. This is a worthwhile thing to
discuss, but let's move it to a pkgsrc mailing list.

The topic of discussion here is what to do with case insensitive
filesystems that have conflicts in 3 files, which prevent creating
arm images.

My proposal is:

1. remove /usr/bin/Mail
2. rename FOO.3 to openssl_FOO.3
3. create cross references from the libc manual pages to the corresponding
   openssl ones.
