__HAVE_FAST_SOFTINTS

 Hello.

 Some kernel configs don't enable __HAVE_FAST_SOFTINTS.
For example std.armadaxp defines __HAVE_FAST_SOFTINTS but
std.marvell doesn't.

My qurestions are:

 0)	What does __HAVE_FAST_SOFTINTS do?

 1)	What is required to be able to define __HAVE_FAST_SOFTINTS?

 2)	I found __HAVE_PIC_FAST_SOFTINTS, too. Does it work?
