getting write permission fault at first pmap managed memory!

Hi All,

I am getting write permission fault at the first pmap managed virtual address 
(KERNEL_VM_BASE) passed as a parameter to pmap_bootstrap. after this fault, it 
is bumping into the kernel debugger and the booting stops from there onwards.  

Is this normal and expected? what am I supposed to do to get past this fault?
