If anyone wishes to do so, they should feel free to remove any existing 
code in sys/arch/arm predicated on MULTIPROCESSOR.  My attempts at 
supporting the Simtec Hydra never got far enough to be useful, and 
shouldn't stand in the way of proper ARM SMP support.
