Committed.

Note you may have to create wscons devices and set up
/etc/wscons.conf and /etc/ttys before booting a new wscons kernel.
Old pccons and ofcons console still work.
If you find any problem, please report via send-pr(1) or here.

BTW, can we close port-shark/21590, or still keep it until
we remove opms(4)?
