I'm beginning to think that the M_HASFCS flag is more trouble than it's 
worth.  Nothing in the kernel really uses it... I think we should just 
eliminate it completely and always trim the FCS in the NIC driver.

(Yes, I am the one who added M_HASFCS in the first place; I now believe 
that was a mistake.)
