This is an artifact of being able to change which IDSEL the on-board 
PCIX devices respond to with switches on the board[*].  I should 
probably add an IQ80321_ALT_PCI_MAPPING option to handle this at some 
point.

If you change the switches (sorry, I don't remember which ones exactly, 
but you should be able to figure it out from the IQ80321 manual), then 
the PCI in the source code is correct.

[*] This is provided so you can make the on-board PCIX devices either 
visible or not through the IBM PCIX bridge.
