It sounds it's an implementation of ARM7500FE SoC.  It's a close
resemble of one particular model of Acorn RISC PC, in a single chip.
(I'm looking at Prof.Furber book at hand)  Then, it'd not be terribly
difficult to run NetBSD, if not supported so far.
