From the looks of it your board is either RISC Server 2000 or 2100. RT used
to stand for RISC Tower. Try loading the NetBSD version that is designed for
RISC Server

The model is an: RT-4620-2775.

Again, thou art correct, of course. I am afraid after *so* much searching
