Then this needs to be documented in the (as yet nonexistent) NetBSD/arc
install notes in src/distrib/notes.

Also, NetBSD/arc has no ramdisk kernel and/or sysinst.  This makes booting
from CD-ROM somewhat useless.  (The Wasabi and NetBSD Mission 1.5 CDs, both
prepared with my tool in src/distrib/cdrom, don't directly boot on arc
machines because of the lack of a ramdisk installer.)
