Hmm. I've got another arcdiag output from Mark Prusinowski.
(Mmm, I haven't replied to him, too. Sorry Mark...)

Mark's RISCstation 2250 looks like 2250 (PCI age), but has different
system ID (NEC-RA'94) and has S3 PCI VIA adapter rather than TGA.

So, there are at least 3 variants about RISCstation 2200:
	Adam's
		BIOS Vendor ID:	"NEC W&S"
		System ID:	"NEC-R94"
		L2 cache:	512KB
		generation:	EISA
		Video: Jazz VXL

	Urata's
BIOS Vendor ID:	"NEC W&S" (right?)
		System ID:	"NEC-RA94"
		L2 cache:	1MB (right?)
		generation:	PCI
		Video: TGA (right?)

	Mark's
		BIOS Vendor ID: "NEC W&S"
		System ID:	"NEC-RA'94"
		L2 cache:	1MB
		generation:	PCI
		Video: S3 86C325 Virge 3D PCI VGA
				(vendor: 0x5333, product: 0x5631)

Current arc kernel treats Mark's RISCstation 2200 as just like
RISCstation 2250.
Mark, could you try the following kernel with serial console?
ftp://ftp.sra.co.jp/pub/os/NetBSD/misc/arc/netbsd.COMCONS.2000-08-02.ecoff.gz

(Current arc kernel doesn't support Urata-san's RISCstation 2200, yet..)
