new ICE when building gtk2

Hi everyone!

I've successfully built gcc 3.4.3 from pkgsrc and included it's .mk into 
the Makefile of gtk2. It works, but it now features a new ICE in the 
same file gcc 3.3.x failed before: ~gdk-pixbuf/pixops.c:

pixops.c: In function `linear_box_half':
pixops.c:1307: internal compiler error: in verify_initial_elim_offsets, 
at reload1.c:3297

Any ideas? My System is NetBSD2.0/Amiga on an A4000 with 128MB of 
Fast-RAM and a completely generic kernel.
