2.0 self builds. Yay!

         build.sh started: Tue Jul 20 23:33:14 UTC 2004
         build.sh ended:   Fri Jul 23 11:28:44 UTC 2004

It's interesting to note that it took 2.5 days on a 66 MHz m68060 whichwas otherwise idle. Compare that with 18 hours to build 1.6...
