I'd like to hear about successful and failed attempts to install NetBSD-2.0 beta from releng.netbsd.org on Amiga. Please report your hardware configuration, too.
I'm running 2.0_beta on my A4000 with Cyberstorm Mk 3, A2065, and A2232. I did the install manually, so I can't say how well the installer works.
After doing the install with the releng snapshot, I've since built a new kernel from the sources about a week ago, and have rebuild all of userland twice now.
So far, so good. I'm using the machine to do 1.6.2 bulk package builds in a 1.6.2 chroot, but it's locked up twice in the past two weeks. I have to track down whether that's a hardware problem or something in 2.0.
