I've not been able to upgrade my A3K in some time, due to issues with
xstreamtodev. Firstly, is there an alternative to xstreamtodev to get
the miniroot.fs onto the swap partition? If not, I may be out of luck.

When I specify xstreamtodev --input=miniroot.fs --rdb-name=SWAP
--device=cybppc.device --unit=5, I get errors from the IOBlix serial
card drivers, then the xstreamtodev process hangs its parent shell. I
can still use the system, and there's no guru, but I cannot break the
process or close the shell!

This has been happening since 1.5-- I've since tried installing 1.6P
and 1.6.2 and haven't gotten the miniroot on. Any ideas?

Many thanks in advance,
Dave
