virtual terminals

Hi,

is NetBSD support virtual terminals on AGA?

And what about localization (I need teach computer print and input
cyrillic)?

I've found patches from Jukka Andberg <jandberg%netbsd.org@localhost>
(see http://mail-index.netbsd.org/port-amiga/2001/05/07/0006.html), but
which version of kernel I need for applying its?
