Hello!

I've installed 1.4.1 few days ago, and I've noticed some strange problem:
 I cant dial by modem to internet. First I used old (and working) files
(chat, peers, options) ,later - these described i docs, and all the time
I have the same effect:

modem dial number, connecting, on the screen I see informations:

serial connection established
using interface ppp0
connect ppp0 <--> /dev/tty00

and immidiently message :

modem hangup (and modem really hangups)
connection terminated

after many tries, new kernels, changes in dial scripts, different speed
of tty00 and so on - nothing help me.

I've used old configurations scripts for ppp0 for a long time under 1.3.1,
kernel is compiled with ppp enabled... I'm almost sure, that must be some
problem in ppp device (or tty00 device). Of course, my modem (US Robotics
56K) works fine under Amiga... Message "modem hangup" appear on screen
just after connect message, so it must be some problem beetween /dev/tty00
and ppp0.

Can anyone help me with resolving this problem?
It is really important for me to enable inernet under UNIX....
