VGA suggestion

Hi,

Now I have VGA monitor connected to my Amiga 4000.  I suggest to make
use of GRF_AGA_VGA option in kernel and, if defined, turn on VGAOnly
options in src/sys/arch/amiga/dev/grfabs_cc.c, currently commented out.
Now I have to edit the source code.  :)
