I have the same problems, but with an A4060T.  I didn't think the QuickPak
card used a 68LC060... but, then again, my SCSI bus appears to hang on me.

I've noticed that if I do a manual install (ie, booting to single user mode,
and doing the mounts, ifconfigs, etc) that I can get a LOT farther...
