Amaya was released to the public February 10th. Follow the links
from http://www.w3.org/.

Amaya is something totally different. It was developed by a team at
INRIA, and has AFAIK no connection to Arena. It's the same team that
developed GRIF, an SGML editor (or complete environment, I know only
the name). Amaya, at least it's GUI, is based on software developed
for that project.
